1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice

    • Not damaged, used, or tampered with


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

    • Customized or special-order products

    • Used or damaged tools due to misuse

    • Safety equipment (helmets, gloves, etc.) once opened

    • Clearance or sale items


3. How to Request a Return

  • Email us at support@aryanmart.in with your order ID and reason for return.

  • Our team will review your request and arrange pickup if eligible.

  • In some cases, you may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, bank, etc.).

  • For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer.


5. Exchange Policy

  • We allow exchange only for defective or damaged products.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
